CRA has an immediate opening for a Project Administrator within our Accounting Department in our Waterloo Office, who aspires to become an active employee in a vibrant, well-established worldwide engineering, environmental, construction, and IT consulting firm. Responsibilities include

  • All aspects of project maintenance
  • Billing
  • Revenue recognition
  • Opening, editing and closing projects
  • Budget maintenance
  • Preparation of: project reports, invoice preparation & postings

Job Requirements

  • Accounting Diploma from a community college
  • 1 - 2 years of related experience
  • Strong in Microsoft Office; specifically Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills required with ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet short notice, externally driven deadlines
  • Must possess a high level of energy and willingness to work as a team in a "fast-paced" environment
  • Flexible – ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
