Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm (Overtime as required)
Salary + Company Paid Benefits (after six months)
1.Data entry - Process incoming orders from clients, enter orders into accounting system and invoicing.
2.Shipping - Working knowledge of shipping and receiving including preparation of all required documents.
3.Accounting – Must have working experience with accounts payable and receivable.
4.Admin – Handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a team environment.
5.Experience in wood working industry would be an asset.
6.Must have experience in a manufacturing environment.
1.Must have excellent computer working knowledge including ability to work with Excel, ACCPAC, Payroll software and CRM.
2.Excellent command of English including reading, writing, and speaking.
3.Ability to read measurements (metric/imperial)
4.Ability to work in a team environment
