Our company is seeking a full-time Office Administrator. This is the ideal role for a candidate who has strong computer skills and knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and Maximizer CRM and is eager to be an integral part of a commercial real estate team and hands on in the day to day functions of the marketing process.
Preferred candidate will possess:
- *Experience in the real estate industry preferred*;
- Experience in writing offers, CMAs, listings and title searches;
- Experience with SEO and social media;
- A strong phone presence and the ability to communicate clearly and in a businesslike manner;
- Must demonstrate a high attention to detail;
- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Development of marketing programs including mailers, email, social, online, fax marketing, etc;
- Work closely with sales staff to execute marketing initiatives;
- Types, formats, and produces documents such as proposals, presentations, correspondence, and standard reports.
- Establishes and maintains record keeping and filing systems;
- Answers phone calls with regards to inquiries, researching and resolving problems;
- Perform administrative duties such as, conducting research and updating databases;
- Generates websites, brochures, advertising, proposals, and presentations using corporate templates for print or internet;
- Works on additional special marketing projects.
