The Product Solution Specialist’s primary role is to bring expertise and in-depth knowledge of their Strategic Business Function to their area of responsibility, as well as nationally, to our Sales Team and our customers. This is done by developing long term relationships with deals and major contractors as well as performing jobsite demonstrations to dealers and end-users.
1.Market Development – Identifying and working to develop long term relationships with dealers/distributors and contractors.
2.Training – Communicating and applying the latest cutting edge information to the district, contractors, dealers, and your sales team.
3.New Product Evaluations – Assisting corporate personnel in field evaluations of new products.
4.Communication – Prepare and submit timely itineraries, calls, expense and other special reports. As well as effectively communicating with the Regional Manager.
5.Safety – Performing all job functions in a safe manner and maintaining safety awareness.
- High School Diploma is required. A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in construction equipment sales.
- Clean Drug/Alcohol test and Criminal Background check.
- Excellent verbal, written and public speaking skills.
- Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
