As a successful membership manager, you will have the experience, energy and enthusiasm to contact our clients and renew our subscription based services. Your upbeat personality and strong drive to meet or exceed your quotas and targets with be accepted with open arms into our company.
Your ability to develop detailed product knowledge will allow you to provide training and support to clients as necessary. Your superior sales skills will allow you to assess client satisfaction levels and assist the client with renewing their membership.
You have a minimum of 3 years experience on an inside sales team in a solution-selling environment. You are a methodical decision maker who enjoys new challenges.
- Previous experience with solution based, inside telephone sales
- 3 years experience on an inside sales team in a solution-selling environment
- Proven track record of achieving quota based objectives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and internet based toolsets
- Excellent time management skills
- Superior verbal and written English language skills
- Prior experience working with non-profit organizations a plus
