Efficiently make a marketing strategy and professionally implement that for getting the staffing business.
Marketing/Sales, Business Development and Human Recourses.
Proven record of success in above mentioned areas.
Reference letters of good performance in Marketing and HR will be considered plus point.
Must have done course/diploma in Marketing & HR. MBA in Marketing/HR and CHRP qualifications will be preferred. Should understand the HR and recruitment process.
University or Collage level computer working knowledge/experience. Micro software office, outlook, advance excel, Power Point is mandatory requirement.
Should be good in English writing i.e. business write up /business proposal/business emails. Excellent communication and written skills i.e. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, negotiating and customer service skills.
Previous staffing agency experience or corporate marketing & recruitment experience will be taken as plus point.
Should have experience with an Applicant Tracking System, Monster, Workopolis and LinkedIn.
Multitasking, self-motivated, proactive, energetic and ability to handle high pressure.
Ability to Head Hunting and attract Top Talent on behalf of our clients.
Initiative, consistent, willing to grow with company.
Ability to think outside of the box.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Candidates must have great communication skills (English).Knowledge of Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Chinese, Filipino and any other Asian language will be taken as plus point.
Working experience of book keeping, account, Quick Book Software and good typing speed will be taken as plus point.
Willing to work overtime as well as weekend when needed.
