Inbound PC Technical Support & Customer Service
Customer Service Centre of the Year 2013 – Platinum Award
Hamilton, ON
Full Time In a high volume contact center
Wages: $12/Hr +bonus performance incentives ($100 - $300)
Hours: Candidates must have open availability to work rotating schedules between 7am – 12am, Monday through Sunday

Main Responsibilities

  • Level 1 Help Desk support for Cable Television, High Speed Internet, and Digital Phone.
  • Responsible for delivery of front-line customer service and technical phone support.
  • Efficient communication skills, ensuring resolution of every issues
  • Developing a strong rapport with each customer

Job Requirements

  • Self-motivating individuals, driven to achieve goals
  • Excellent customer services skills, basic PC skills, and a comfort with technology are required
  • Multi-tasking through multiple windows and navigation through computers at a fast pace
  • Fluent communication ability
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service skills’
  • Call Centre experience is an asset but not necessary
