Job Qualifications

Red seal certification

5 yrs experience

Maintain and drive consistency high standards of produce

Menu planning , costing staff training staff schedules food safety compliance To manage 30 staff on three shifts

Possess a passion and knowledge of food

Be driven and focused on first class standards

Have shown loyalty and longevity throughout their career

Have excellent planning and organization. Skills

Responsible for food production as well as directing and co coordinating employee activities

You will follow the company food safety health and safety policies and procedures this includes managing employees scheduling stocking receiving coordinating product levels, food costs, labour costs and products It is a very hands on role

Experience supervising a large team

Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives

Responsible for monitoring employees to ensure health and safety procedures are being followed

Motivate and develop staff including cross training
