Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities
Under indirect/general supervision of HR Director, the HRG maintains comprehensive knowledge and interpretation of related policies, procedures, laws, and regulations. Serves as a representative and liaison to supervisors and employees by providing resource, consultation, interpretation, and advice. Resolves, facilitates, and/or coordinates issues resolution with HR staff and others within and outside the organization, escalating as appropriate. Serves as a resource to staff in areas of issue resolution. Participates in and/or coordinates projects and/or programs relating to Organizational processes.
