- Following are the job descriptions/requirements:
Should have done college or university level diploma in HR. Marketing diploma/course will be taken as plus point.
Should have working experience in HR/recruitment field.
Should have advance level working experience on computer.
Should be proficient and have working experience of HR software like people fluent, HRIS, etc. Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System, Monster, Workopolis and LinkedIn.
Ability to efficiently manage full cycle recruitment process for client's requirements including creating job descriptions; targeted recruitment/headhunting, interviewing and screening candidates.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, negotiating and customer service skills.
Prioritize and use time management skills to be able to work on 5-12 orders at any given time.
Assist Management with qualifying top talent based on pre-defined roles.
Conduct test, background checks, reference checks and preparation of required paperwork.
Continually build and maintain a pipeline of talent to accommodate for current and future client demands.
Experience in dealing with direct placement - permanent, contract and contract to hire.
Ability to Head Hunting and attract Top Talent for our clients.
Working experience of running payroll will be a plus point.
Working experience on Quick Book taken as plus pint.
Previous Staffing /Employment Agency experience or corporate recruitment experience will be taken as plus point.
Beside good English communication skill, understanding of Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu and any other language will be considered plus point.
