Must have diploma/degree in HR and Marketing.
Working knowledge of Latest Marketing /HR trends.
Should have experience with an Applicant Tracking System, Monster, Workopolis and LinkedIn. Working experience of any HR Software will be taken as plus point.
Should be very good on computer.
Should be very good in English writing i.e. business write up /business.
Multitasking, self-motivated, proactive, energetic and ability to handle high pressure.
Ability to Head Hunting and attract Top Talent on behalf of our clients. Initiative, consistent, willing to grow with company.
Ability to think outside of the box.
Working experience of book keeping, basic accounts, Quick Book Software will be a plus point.
Working Experience in a staffing company will be taken as plus point.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Candidates must have great communication skills (English).Knowledge of Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Chinese, Filipino and any other Asian language will be taken as plus point.
