We are in need of HR Assistant having EXTENSIVE working knowledge/experience of HR, Telemarketing Marketing and Cold Calling.

Must have diploma/degree in HR.
University or Collage level computer working knowledge/experience. Micro software office, outlook, advance excel, Power Point is mandatory requirement.
Should be very good in English writing i.e. business write up /business
Should have experience with an Applicant Tracking System, Monster, Workopolis and LinkedIn.
Multitasking, self-motivated, proactive, energetic and ability to handle high pressure.
Ability to Head Hunting and attract Top Talent on behalf of our clients.
Initiative, consistent, willing to grow with company.
Ability to think outside of the box.
Working experience of book keeping, basic accounts, Quick Book Software will be a plus point.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. Candidates must have great communication skills (English).Knowledge of Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Chinese, Filipino and any other Asian language will be taken as plus point.
Willing to work overtime as well as weekend when needed.
