This position will full time. Mainly PM shifts. 3-11pm
Reporting to: Manager on Duty
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF Guest Services Rep:
-Participates in prompt and courteous handling of all guests as necessary. Including, but not limited to check-in, check-out, telephone and personal inquiries.
- Perform according to policies, procedures, quality standards, and services established by the management team for the satisfactions of guests.
-Must be willing to work shifts, days, nights, Holidays, and as needed.
-Balances room revenues & verifies the balance of all cash floats, credit and debit charges for the hotel
-Ensure room’s security by maintaining effective key control and confidentiality
SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
-Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
-Understanding of the front desk function in a hotel, with a working knowledge of reservation systems
-Excellent Computer skills and comfortable operating computers
-Bilingual in French and English languages an asset
Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
Must have a professional, positive and pleasant personality, to go with excellent communication skills. And time management.
Must able to work days, evenings, weekends.
Should have transportation.
