Are you a dynamic and professional Administrative Assistant with experience supporting a corporate accounting department? Do you have experience working at a complex organization or The Big Four?

We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant to work in a financial department and support the corporate controller and the management team. The role requires advance knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint as the role is very heavy on creating reports. All applicants must be comfortable creating financial statements and formatting reports. The role will also include treasury back-up and accounts payable back-up; so knowledge/exposure to an accounting environment is a great asset.

-The qualified candidate will have experience working in a support role in a finance department.
-Must have experience with financial statements and formatting reports.
-Must have other administrative skills ie- calendar mgnt, travel arrangements and good correspondence skills.
-Must be detail oriented and organized
-Must have a background providing support in a financial capacity
-Must be comfortable working in a professional/cooperate environment.
