Responsibilities

TeleSales consultant will deliver sales results, provide high quality customer interactions, and effectively manage opportunities
Actively take sales calls
Identify the customer's business requirements and recommend the appropriate Intuit product
Understand product(s) and set appropriate expectations with the customer
Align sales presentations with customer needs
Consistently ask for and close the sale of the appropriate product and/or add-ons
Share best practices for sales calls
Be a positive representative for the Intuit Organization
Qualifications

2+ years sales experience

Able to demonstrate deep understanding and provide examples of how you have managed a sales pipeline efficiently and effectively.

Ability to ask the questions relevant to that prospect to uncover needs and qualify opportunities
Experience actively managing and cultivating a prospects base
Ability to identify and address the prospects needs and/or connect the prospect with the appropriate resource to meet their needs
Technical acumen: can learn to demonstrate a moderately technical product to prospects
Diligence in contacting prospects to deliver optimal value
Ability to up-sell
Strong verbal and written communication
BA or BS preferred
