Our downtown client has an immediate need for a Document Specialist to carry out a range of document processing – including document design, data capture, writing reports, etc. Some of the key accountabilities include:

  • Coordinate and arrange meetings and assembled agendas, materials;
  • Compiles, drafts and prepares reports and other written material
  • Completes and follows up on assigned projects
  • Receive, process, screen all incoming mail and email – ensure appropriate action and follow up
  • Coordinate travel, hotel itineraries arrangements
  • Must be proficient in MS Project, Access, and Visio
  • Exceptional proofreading and editing skills, along with strong communication and an excellent command of the English language (written and oral)
  • Commitment to accuracy and efficiency in work produced
