Director of Donor Relations and Communications
Location: Winnipeg, MB

The Director of Donor Relations and Communications (CDR) is responsible for providing leadership, development and strategic analysis within the Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) Canada CDR department and Canadian MCC CDR Networks.

The incumbent will lead innovative fundraising and donor relations growth in Canada and engage in significant fundraising, donor relations work as part of the MCCs in Canada strategic plan. This position will also coordinate the planning, development and execution of strategies that enable effective communications and resource generation initiatives with MCC staff across the CDR networks in Canada.
