Shaw’s Inside Sales team based in Vancouver is currently seeking a part-time Customer Solutions Expert to join their team. This position reports directly to the Manager of Inside Sales.

Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
-Making outbound calls to customers and providing exceptional customer service
-Promote and sell the features, advantages and benefits of Shaw products and services over the phone to potential customers
-Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets; track, report and accurately record daily sales results
-Represent Shaw in a positive and professional manner
-Ensure work orders are accurately entered into Cable Base System (CBS)
-Provide accurate and timely feedback to the Inside Sales Team Leaders
-Various other duties as needed

Qualifications:
-Grade 12 completion with proven sales and customer service experience
-Previous call center experience and knowledge of Cable Base System (CBS) is an asset
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) is considered an asset
-A team player with a pleasant personality
-Dedicated to exceptional customer service and satisfaction to our internal and external customers
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
-Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
-Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
-A positive, “can-do” attitude and customer focused approach that will enable you to deal with challenging situations with integrity, empathy and sincerity
