You will be responsible for managing a customer service team including team leads and supervisors with the major focus on social media initiatives, tools and strategies, live chats...You must have a Bachelor degree, ideally in Commerce (Marketing), be fully bilingual (English and French) and have between 5-8 years of supervisory experience.
