Position: Customer Service Agent, Bell TV

Status: Part-time 20-40hrs a week
Location: Kitchener
Weekly hours: 20-40
Salary: $11.00 during training, $11.50 on phones + $2/hr premium + monthly bonus
Educational level required: Secondary

Position description:
The satellite-television agent is responsible for user’s assistance with activation and start up of satellite television systems and to give all relevant information on offered products and services. He/she assists users on various subjects and, if needed, he/she redirects phone calls to the appropriate department at our client. The agent is responsible in updating customer's files and following established procedures for solving customer’s inquiries. He/she helps the customer resolve their technical problem as well as promote and/or sell Bell products and services for every call. He/she also ensures a high quality service level in accordance with established processes and procedures.

High school Diploma
Business language
Typing Speed: 25 words/minute
Customer oriented
Good interpersonal communication skills
Result and sales oriented
Have problem solving skills
Apply procedures rigorously
Time management skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet

Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday and three shifts Mon-Fri, department is open 8am-12am every day

Agents will also qualify for the $2 hourly premium from Bell after training
