We are looking for a permanent full time Business Services Administrative Assistant in our Red Deer office to join us in the fight.
Who you are:
You have excellent organizational and communication skills, and are able to work well independently. You will be experienced in dealing with confidential information and with managing multiple tasks and priorities. You have a high level of computer proficiency, particularly with MS Word, Excel and Outlook. You have a customer-service focus and administrative background.
How you'll contribute:
- Provide general reception services including greeting the public, answering and directing calls appropriately
- Be informed of all areas of the Society to provide donors with accurate, up-to-date information
- Handling of donations/cash reports for the Division office in Calgary
- Provide administrative support to other areas of the Division including External Engagement and Community Engagement
Applicants should have 2-3 years experience in an office administrative/clerical environment, experience in cash handling and finance/banking. Pleasant telephone manner and experience in telephone etiquette. Experience with Raiser’s Edge is an asset, but not necessary.
