We currently have an opening for a Branch Administrator at our branch at 1391 Bayview Ave, Toronto.
You much have 2-5 years of administrative experience in a mid to large size residential real estate brokerage, including the hiring and supervision of support staff. You must have a working knowledge of QOC and have dealt with RECO and TREB and have excellent computer skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Some of the main responsibilities of this role include; acting as a key resource for agents, deals administration, management of full-time and part-time front-desk staff, dealing with TREB and RECO re registrations and MLS issues, social media involvement, developing recruitment databases. In addition, the Branch Administrator would help plan and facilitate office events, and assist the manager with projects as required.
