BILLING COORDINATOR- 1 YEAR CONTRACT

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking to fill a 1 year contract position in our Accounting department starting mid-November. We are looking for a special someone to input supplier invoices, coordinate with project managers, prepare client projects for billing and apply appropriate taxes, reconcile completed projects, prepare revenue accruals at month-end and perform various other office duties.
WHAT YOU HAVE
The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years accounting-related experience preferably in a professional service industry, is capable of meeting deadlines, a self-starter, detail-oriented, familiar with Sarbanes Oxley, and has excellent computer (Microsoft Office) & communication skills.
