Key Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate all RFPs, including monitoring RFP database
  • Meticulously read and understand all aspects and requirements of RFPs
  • Respond to (i.e. write and proofread) all proposals while ensuring compliance to terms and conditions and adhering to each RFP’s required guidelines and format
  • Liaise with salespeople to ensure that we are recommending the appropriate solutions
  • Submitting qualifying questions and following up on requests for clarification
  • Coordinating internal resources and preparing every aspect of proposals including, but not limited to, suitable documentation, collating and shipping via appropriate carrier to respect stringent timelines
  • Attend and chair pre-bid meetings
  • Maintain on-line and hard copy of work in progress as well as completed proposals
  • Ensure all activities through the bid, evaluation and award cycle are reported and up to date in CRM
  • Compile and maintain win/loss trend analysis
  • Contract review and maintenance
  • Other tacks as assigned

Job Requirements: (Knowledge/Experience):

  • Knowledge or experience of medical Industry
  • Fully bilingual with superior written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Clear, concise and persuasive writing style
  • Possess an acute attention to detail
  • Methodical, motivated and results oriented
  • Proven analytical abilities
  • Exceptional problem solving skills that allow for the consideration of the details and complexities of issues
  • Initiative and ability to prioritize work but also recognizing the need for being thorough and complete
  • Highly motivated and committed to getting things done right the first time
  • Ability to work independently with a controlled sense of urgency
  • Demonstrate the capability to function in a high stress environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Have the ability to multi-task, prioritize as well as be flexible, reliable and accountable
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Preference to knowledge of Provincial/Federal RFP procedures.

At minimum a college diploma, preferably in business administration
