Intake of specialty service referrals and branch support from our National Service Center.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive, assess for completeness and input Pharmaceutical referrals into CRM.
Ongoing communication with all Bayshore branches with regards to program criteria: i.e. visit dates and nursing visit reports.
Liaison with key client contacts at the Pharmaceutical Companies.
Provide ongoing administrative support for all Pharmaceutical programs.
Must be Bilingual (French/English). Secondary Diploma. Excellent communication and advanced computer skills is a must. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and multi-task. Typing 30-50 w.p.m. Previous customer service experience an asset.
