Our client, a well established contact center in Ottawa east is seeking a mature Bilingual Customer Service Professional on a full-time basis to start immediately.
The ideal candidate must be fluently bilingual in English and French with excellent grammar skills. Having solid computer s skills and being able to multi-task are essential. This is a structured working environment (cubicle-styled) where your breaks and lunches are scheduled. Previous call center experience of 2-3 years is required. All candidates must have an open-availability as the call center operates Monday to Sunday from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm (7 days per week).
The Customer Service Professional is responsible for answering call to various types of companies and following a client defined script. All calls require a ticket log when completed using in-house database. Accuracy to all information taken is essential.
$14.00 to $16.00 with a 40 hour work week plus a generous compensation package including Group Insurance and Pension Plan. Advancement opportunities in training and supervisory roles for those who qualify.
