Rate: $14-16/hour + Benefits (including Group Insurance and Pension Plan)
Fluently Bilingual in English and French
2+ years call centre experience
Must be available for shift work on Monday-Sunday (7am – 11pm)
Excellent grammar skills
Solid computer skills and being able to multi-task are required
Answer incoming calls to various types of companies and following a client defined script.
All calls require a ticket log when completed using in-house database.
Accuracy to all information taken is essential.
This is a structured working environment (cubicle-styled) where your breaks and lunches are scheduled.
