We are currently looking for 2 Bilingual Customer Care Specialists to answer incoming calls from B2B clients in our Boucherville Head Office.
This is for Staples Advantage the B2B side of Bureau en Gros.

Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience required
Previous customer contact and sales experience desired
High school education or general education degree (GED) required
