Task Description

 Set up & tear down of meeting rooms in accordance to the BEO
 Set up & tear down of audio/visual equipment
 Meeting Coffee Break Service and Hotel liaison for on-site event contact
 Handle luggage and park cars for hotel guests when needed
 Complete different maintenance tasks
 Other duties as assigned

Requirements

 Experience in the hotel industry, specifically within Banquet Department an asset
 Ability to work in a team environment
 High energy and physically fit – must be able to lift and move banquet equipment with ease
 Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills exemplifying courtesy, empathy and professionalism
 Able to organize, plan ahead and manage workload
 Excellent working knowledge of audio/visual equipment
 Strong attention to detail

Languages

 Fluent verbal and written English, second language, preferably French, an asset

Work Schedule :

 Variable schedule days, evenings, and weekends
 Possibility for full-time or part-time work

Salary :
 Hourly salary as per agreement
 Tips and services fees
