Job Description Details

  • Build a successful sales territory focused on a geographic area and specific industries
  • Utilize your superior telephone sales skills to prospect for potential equipment parts customers
  • Identify the decision makers and key stakeholders within prospective organization
  • identify each prospect’s applicable equipment, converting prospects into target accounts
  • Utilize CRM database to record pertinent customer & equipment details
  • Develop sales plan to penetrate target accounts, focusing on consistent & proactive calls
  • Develop consultative relationship with target accounts, Identifying all needs and product opportunities, converting target accounts into active customers
  • Manage portfolio of active customers, capitalizing on all available sales opportunities
  • Connect specific customer requirement to existing vendor base, ensuring best value for the customer
  • Coordinate shipment and delivery of customer orders, ensuring all customer expectations are met
  • Work closely with Equipment Sales division, ensuring all leads are handled effectively
  • Strengthen customer relationships with quarterly visits, identifying new and missed opportunities
  • Begin each week with a focused plan

Job Requirements

  • Post secondary education in Sales or Marketing
  • Previous Sales experience
  • Confident in prospecting and cold calling
  • Clear, professional communication skills in person and over the telephone
  • Self starter with a proven ability to work on own
  • Excellent qualifying and prospecting skills
  • Able to work in a team environment
