Sales Administrator – Calgary, AB

Administrator required for Residential Management Company

Reporting to the Sales Admin Manager, responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

Receive and record files.
Data entry, filing, scanning and photocopying.
Process incoming and outgoing mail.
Create legal/construction/electronic construction files for confirmed sales.
Provide Admin/Reception cover when needed.
Order office supplies and stationery.


A designation in Business Administration would be an asset.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.
2-3 years experience with the housing industry.
Overtime on weekends and evenings may be required during busy periods.
