Sorts incoming branch correspondence and mail and processes outgoing branch correspondence and mail.
Files correspondence and other records.
Answers telephone and routes call to appropriate branch personnel.
Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, and conducts visitors to appropriate person.
Makes copies of correspondence or other printed matter.
Associate's degree (A. A.) from two-year college; two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with PC based software and Windows required.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
