Planet Energy, a leading natural gas and electricity marketer have immediate openings for Administrative Assistants to work 2 to 3 days per week. Your schedule will be flexible to accommodate the requirements of your ongoing college or university studies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in university or college business program
  • Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Above average computing and keyboarding skills
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping concepts would be an asset

Experience Required:
Entry level position. Minimal experience required. We will provide all required training to ensure that you become proficient in the use of all specialized software and business procedures required for this position.

Duties & Responsibilities:
A variety of office clerical and receptionist duties to support the various business operating units with responsibility for banking, courier operations, office supplies inventory, office presentation and maintenance, boardroom booking and other administrative functions.
