Under the supervision of the General Manager, the administrative assistant is responsable for the diverse administrative tasks for the hotel, office tower and private residences. The administrative assistant will assist the General Manager and management team and various administrative items.

College or university degree preferred
Able to organize, plan ahead and manage workload
Guest service experience
Knowledge of the hotel industry
Excellent computer knowledge specifically with Word, Excel and Outlook
Able to work in a team environment
Attention to detail

Work schedule:
Regular work hours with flexibility to ensure proper work follow up
