Our services include providing monthly, quarterly and annual accounting and tax support to a diverse group of small business clients typically with fewer than twenty employees operating primarily in the retail and service sector.
You will be responsible for a select group of clients and your responsibilities will include:
Posting revenue and expense transactions
Accounts receivable and payable
Reconciling general ledger accounts
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Preparing HST returns
Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
Post-secondary education at the community college level in accounting or bookkeeping
Two to three years of experience as a full charge small business bookkeeper
Capable of meeting deadlines and working within a team environment
Strong Microsoft office skills
Experience with Simply Accounting or Quickbooks
