Terms of Employment:
Permanent, Full time, Overtime.
$18.00 hourly, for 40.00 hours per week.
Anticipated Start Date:

DUTIES: Bookkeeping, accounting, record maintenance, account reconciliation, prepare & filing GST/ HST, prepare financial statements, payroll, tax returns, statistical, financial & accounting reports.
Completion of college/CEGEP/ vocational or Technical Training.
2 years to less than 3 years.
Speak English, Read English and write English.
Maintain general ledgers and financial statements,post journal entries, prepare trial balance of books, reconcile accounts, calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls, prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports, control inventory, calculate fixed assets and depreciation, prepare tax returns.
Reading text, document use, numeracy, writing, oral communication, working with others, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, job task planning and organising, significant use of memory, finding information, computer use, continuous learning.
Business Equipments and Computer Applications:
Windows, general office equipment, electronic mail, electronic scheduler, word processing software, spreadsheet software, excel, accounting software, simply accounting, quick books, database software, internet browser.
Type of Bookkeeping:
Computerised and Manual Bookkeeping.
Fast paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks.
