Excel Employment is looking for an Account Manager - Recruiter to its head office located in Etobicoke, ON. The ideal candidate will have previous service sales experience, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Knowledge of the Spanish language is a definite asset.

Duties include:

  • Managing existing accounts and assuring great client experience; acquiring new clients
  • Sales activities using a variety of sales techniques i.e. cold calls, networking, door-to-door sales, email marketing, resume broadcasting, etc.
  • Representing Excel Employment at conferences, business meetings and other events if needed
  • Preparing proposals and contracts
  • Source applicants utilizing various marketing media
  • Screen, interview and assess each candidate that registers through our system to match their skills with our clients' requirements and corporate culture
  • Create and build relationships with clients and workers
  • Collect and verify payroll timesheets for accuracy
  • Fulfill client orders with committed and best-qualified workers
  • Perform our level of service process
  • Monitor and manage the fulfillment process while exceeding client expectations
  • Adhere to Workers Compensation processes
