Excel Employment is looking for an Account Manager - Recruiter to its head office located in Etobicoke, ON. The ideal candidate will have previous service sales experience, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Knowledge of the Spanish language is a definite asset.
- Managing existing accounts and assuring great client experience; acquiring new clients
- Sales activities using a variety of sales techniques i.e. cold calls, networking, door-to-door sales, email marketing, resume broadcasting, etc.
- Representing Excel Employment at conferences, business meetings and other events if needed
- Preparing proposals and contracts
- Source applicants utilizing various marketing media
- Screen, interview and assess each candidate that registers through our system to match their skills with our clients' requirements and corporate culture
- Create and build relationships with clients and workers
- Collect and verify payroll timesheets for accuracy
- Fulfill client orders with committed and best-qualified workers
- Perform our level of service process
- Monitor and manage the fulfillment process while exceeding client expectations
- Adhere to Workers Compensation processes
