Responsible for front line of response to daily client contact requests
Management of Account Coordinators
Prepare and manage additional project billing spreadsheets
Ensure project(s) profitability meets established target
Meet established margin targets on scope of work
Assist AAD and AD with the implementation and management of financial controls
Daily oversight and management of content development processes and/or campaigns
Creation and maintenance of account and project schedules
Planning project timescales and resources
Provide input into longer term account planning
Collaboration with AD & AAD to translate results to strategies and then to actionable plans
Participation in evaluation of measurement, business results, customer insights
Ensure effective integration of content across account communication channels
Facilitate communication between internal teams – help AD or AAD organize and direct work effectively to multi-discipline teams such as Creative, Strategic and Account
Plan and prepare materials and details for client content approvals
Facilitate client content approval meetings
Liaison with partner vendors and agencies
Update and report all activities to AD and or AAD
Business development through expansion of existing projects and organic Growth – channel spin-offs, promotion of Totem services
Review to ensure all content is on brand and delivering to marketing objectives


5+ years experience in a marketing or advertising agency account services role, with 5+ industry experience
Experience with project budget estimation and management capabilities
Experience with off-line and on-line programs including Publishing, Direct Mail, Online (websites, email, mobile), POS
Understanding of CRM – engagement, targeting, distributing a plus


Post-secondary education with a concentration in Marketing or Advertising preferred
