You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our incoming call centre clients. In addition, you will contribute to our team by identify all sales opportunities to retain and grow our business through your ability to advise and offer our clients a full range of products and services to meet their needs via the telephone. (Products and services include investments, new accounts, visa products, overdraft, telephone/web banking registrations and support, bill payment registrations, processing and general enquiries).
A requirement of the role is to meet monthly Sales, Customer Service, Productivity and Compliance targets.100% responding to inbound customer calls. Responsible for servicing customers with their banking requirements. (i.e., applications for new accounts, banking plans, access cards, money wires, payment of bills) and making recommendations of additional products and services to add value to the client's portfolio.

Call centre and banking experience is an asset.
At least 2 years experience in a sales role
This is a Bilingual or Trilingual role. Candidates must be fluent in English and either Cantonese and/or Mandarin (read and speak). The minimum requirement is to be fluent in one of Cantonese or Mandarin. If fluent in both that would be an asset.
The successful candidate must commit to one of the following availability requirements:
1) Available to work anytime between 2:00pm and 12:00am (midnight), Sunday to Thursday, including statutory holidays.
2) Available to work anytime between 2:00pm and 12:00am (midnight), Tuesday to Saturday, including statutory holidays.
The first day of work will be Monday February 25, 2013. The first 8 - 10 weeks will be full time training between the hours of 12:00pm (noon) and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday. Attendance to all training sessions is mandatory.
FOR STUDENTS: School schedules can be accommodated. Employees who are students will be required to work a minimum of 22.5 hours per week.You must be fully available for the full time training schedule as noted above.
