Approach

Return Path’s Sponsored Jobs campaign on Indeed drove candidates directly to its career site, where they got a firsthand look at the company’s unique culture and fantastic employee benefits. As a result, Return Path saw a 26 percent increase in the number of quality applicants from Indeed. “Sponsoring our jobs gives Return Path consistent visibility at the top of Indeed’s search results and draws candidates directly to our career site so they can learn more about not only the position, but what it’s like to work at Return Path,” Fye said.

Return Path was hiring for positions that represented a cross section of functional areas, geographies, and experience levels. Sponsoring its jobs on Indeed provided Return Path with the mix of candidates needed for its diverse range of openings. “From a single source we hired people for openings in technology, sales and marketing, product, and professional services,” Fye said. “Indeed even outperformed the technology-focused job boards we used previously.”

The company also plans to use Indeed as it expands in new markets. “Return Path is growing internationally and Indeed’s worldwide reach, particularly in the UK and Brazil, helps us meet our global recruiting goals,” Fye said.
