Improving job visibility and positioning

“I initially decided to sponsor jobs on Indeed because of how high our organic postings were appearing in Google results,” said Jamie Burgess, IT Director. “We were doing our own search optimization but Indeed is so dominant on Google. This increase in traffic has given RHR insight into how job seekers are using search engines to find jobs. “We’ve learned that it doesn’t really benefit us to spread our jobs around to a lot of sites,” Burgess said. “As a result, we’ve cut off a lot of job boards and focused on Indeed. Why should we spend with other companies that don’t deliver when Indeed does? The traffic that we get from Indeed more than pays for our advertising there.”
