Ideal candidates will have had exposure to Sigma VI and Lean Manufacturing Principles, has experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods and bakery manufacturing industry; experience with bakery and packaging industry a plus but not mandatory.

Change agent that is accustomed to working constantly in reducing cost and eliminating waste, as opposed to someone that just manages the daily operations. Ability to provide leadership in the materials management area and in developing and implementing a strategic map to achieve a world class material organization, strong communication both written & oral

Self driven & independent. Perform follow through without reminders

Capable of prioritizing, handling multiple tasks at once a must

Analytical ability and extreme attention to detail.
