Our client, a $ 50 Million, privately held, fast growing leader in its industry requires a qualified candidate whose career growth and expertise can contribute to the growth in the organization. You can demonstrate that you have the ability to learn every aspect of the business with an insatiable thirst for more. You can demonstrate how your extensive Accounting experience combined with your extensive interpersonal, communication, IT, Business Systems and processes skills can contribute the organization’s growth.

Initially reporting to the current CFO and working directly with the President you will be required to supervise the accounting staff and be responsible for the Finance/Accounting Function on a day to day basis and providing regular relevant business performance to budget analysis and to recommend course changing business decisions. You will be expected to learn every aspect of the business and to suggest changes to systems and processes leading to growth (organic or other), improved profitability or both.

This initial role is responsible for all aspects of the accounting function including: Financial Reporting, AR, AP, Credit Management, Cash Management, Payroll, Asset Record Management and Regulatory Reporting and filing.
