The opportunity

We are in need of an experienced individual who can help run the day to day office activity of our organization. This individual will have responsibilities in accounting, human resources, IT management and general office administration. We are looking for someone who enjoys a wide variety of responsibilities and is willing to become involved with the successful growth of our business. Responsibilities

Accounting duties with assistance of Admin Assistant and Bookkeeper as follows:

- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable including managing the billing process and time management/tracking software
- Cash budgeting
- More advanced accounting responsibilities available for the right individual

Human Resource Administration as follows:

- Hire, train, coach and evaluate junior staff
- Manage and coordinate group benefits plan

Technology Administration as follows:

- Provide assistance with population of work flow databases
- Creation and maintenance of templates in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Maintenance of web site and other group information sources
- Liaise and manage work performed by IT consultants including software updates

Client & General office administration with the assistance of the Admin Assistant as follows:

- Assist with general engagement and client relationship management
- Organize group meetings, agenda and required materials
- Manage physical office space requirements

Qualifications

Experience & Education

- University or College degree or certification in Accounting, Finance or Business
- Ten or more years’ experience with general office administration and internal management accounting required
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office and some with database management required

Skills

- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a desire to follow, create and implement efficient documented processes
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong communication capabilities and a desire to be accurate and attentive to detail
