Customer Care Manager (Etobicoke, Toronto)
We are a 2 person, successful real estate sales team looking for a full time admin/ personal assistant. We are not interested in real estate sales candidates- this is strictly an admin position. No background in real estate admin is required but would be helpful. Skills necessary-organised, detail oriented, fast learner, ability to multi task, calm and polite phone manner, min 55 wpm typing skills, adaptability, able to handle a fast paced environment with calmness, humour, ethics and kindness. You will be managing our office, our listings, all marketing materials, all external contacts, client relations, file management, database management, social marketing intelligence, website design and maintenance.

Assets-any previous real estate admin experience, copy writing, editing, design intelligence, database management, social marketing familiarisation, a license and a car
