Looking for a full time, long term head chef. As a head pastry chef in our patisserie, passion and an almost obsessive perfectionism is required. Persons will be Headlining and in charge of all the fine desserts our little patisserie will offer. All entremets need to be classy and elegant yet creative and exciting fusing different textures, flavours, etc. Will need to be specialized in many different subjects, chocolates, candy pulling/blowing, fondant, a little gastronomy, etc. Needs to have plenty of experience in the pastry industry.
