iQ Office Suites is currently searching for an Operations Manager for our flagship new downtown Toronto location. iQ is a brand new, boutique, full service executive office centre and co-working space located at 140 Yonge Street, a historical masterpiece built in 1897 and located in Toronto's downtown financial core.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operational office functions, including solicitation and ongoing management of

supplier contracts, technology hardware and software support, customer service, accounting management and reporting

  • Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for efficient operations
  • Co-ordination of various member events
  • Business development through the implementation of in-suite tours with prospective members, solicitation of potential prospects, attendance as the brand representative at various industry events
  • Seek out public relations and other promotional opportunities
  • Prepare progress reports and investor updates
  • Maintain website, online advertising and social media platforms

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in various technology platforms and related systems
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management, organizational and people skills
