We are currently seeking a Full Time, Permanent Accounting / Admin Clerk for a growing national finance company located in downtown Toronto.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel at an intermediate level
- Some knowledge of Accounting and/or experience working in an Accounting environment is an asset
- Self-starter with demonstrated problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a team
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
The responsibilities of this position include assisting with:
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Client and Bank correspondence
- Compiling Reports
- Data entry and client phone calls
- Internal client support
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Bilingual French/English is an asset.
Education: Minimum high school graduate.
