We are currently seeking for Senior Product Owner at our support centre in Mississauga: Senior Product Owner: Is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with collections, marketing, information technology and operational support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. As a technology savvy champion of our agile development, the Product Owner ensures that all products and solutions support the company's overall strategy and goals while creating our platform roadmap.

Uniquely positioned with a direct line to the VP of IT and a dotted line to the VP of eCommerce, you will play a key role in driving excellence into the business and to our customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Define the product strategy and roadmaps for our CRM solutions from lead management thru to collections and recoveries.
  • Prioritize features and build out capabilities in an agile manner.
  • Assist all business teams to develop messaging and positioning for our solution.
  • Gather and document customer and partner requirements.
  • Review product designs to ensure that the requirements are met.
  • Educate the sales, marketing, support and deployment teams on new features and changes to our products.
  • Research and analyze competing solutions.
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and business opportunities.
  • Help identify new solution opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience as a product owner
  • 2+ years experience working in Agile development.
  • 5+ years working in a CRM solution space, ideally having collections and B2C experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science.
  • Demonstrated success in defining and launching successful products and solutions.
  • Ideally has technical experience working with platform solutions.
  • Impeccable English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Accomplished presentation skills with the ability to present to audiences in one-on-one or to large groups settings.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
