As a Bilingual Translator, you will:
- Translate, edit and proofread all company documents from English to French, with some French to English translating
- Proofread French versions of documents to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Manage and prioritize the translation workflow to meet established delivery expectations
- Ensure French translations conform to Quebec Language Standards
- Collaborate with each of the various departments to ensure key milestones are goals are achieved
What you need to work with us:
- Prior experience with translation
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to work independently, as well as close attention to detail
- Able to meet tight deadlines and prioritize multiple requests
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Fluently bilingual in English and French both written and verbal
- Sound proofreading skills
- Certified Translator in English to French
